We ask you to check your eligibility  because in some situations Legal Aid may cover more than we are able to help with i.e. representation, letters before action etc. This also allows us to allocate our resources to the people who most need our help. If you are not able to source legal aid we can offer help with non-molestation orders, occupation orders, and child arrangements orders, but we cannot guarantee representation. We are also able to suggest legal representatives who can act on a direct access basis if you are funding your own case.
